是日太太預約咗for Birthday! 思前想後最後叫咗佢個勝價比高嘅套餐$780,再加半份冷麵及將套餐upgrade 多咗「夏多布里昂 Chateaubriand) 服務員超有耐性講解點樣食最好、用咩火喉、燒幾耐(仲要唔只一個係咁)。餐前小食不過不失(有兩塊薄牛Sashimi、Kimchi… etc)頭2味牛包括牛舌(每邊10秒)及夏多布里昂(每邊一分鐘);以乾身少醃過嘅汁為主,配以鹽(變得超有牛味)、胡椒粉(比較無特別)、Wasabi(塊牛變甜咗)食法! 之後係肩胛肉(15秒)、赤身、牛肋肉、橫膈膜肉(40秒);全部用以上燒嘅時間都係恰到好處!最後配一個石頭飯、蛋花湯(加咗芝麻好香)及額外order嘅冷麵(消除一下肥膩感)配以椰子🥥雪糕,完成咗整晚嘅交響曲(滿足)埋單時得知因經濟不景、之前已將中環店結業,這間銅鑼灣店據聞都會於今年11月結業⋯ 好嘅店感覺都是結業收場⋯
