上網search到呢間新開潮州菜館,走高檔路線,仲有個mini bar枱,價錢相對較貴,但勝在環境舒服。上菜速度比想像中快。叫咗個2人套餐,$988,菜式睇落似簡單材料,但食落啲味道又幾好👍🏻串茄核桃沙律,好精緻嘅4小粒串茄,蕃茄入面有啲核桃。普寧布包豆腐,炸過既滑豆腐。胡椒豬肚湯個豬肚好淋,湯都幾濃味,有啲啲咸。個碗湯用個火爐仔熱住可以慢慢飲。碧綠川椒雞,雞肉好淋,調味幾好,有醬油味但唔會覺得只有咸味。日本椒仔炒牛肉,牛肉都淋,用colorful嘅三色椒做襯托。蜆肉鵝肝炒飯,呢個炒飯出奇地好食,本身唔好鵝肝,怕會好腥,但呢個飯食落去無腥味,炒飯炒到一粒粒。燕麥一口薯,入面係紫薯,外面有燕麥同糖包住,熱辣辣嘅甜品,天氣涼涼地幾岩食。
