壽司定食($280)

最欣賞帶子壽司,厚身嘅帶子不但有口感,而且味道鮮甜。兩款炙燒壽司經輕輕炙燒後帶出馥郁香氣,增添風味。
不過蟹柳小卷則令人失望,外層紫菜太濕而變韌,很難咬開。
其他壽司均很新鮮,而且切得厚身,絕不吝嗇。
壽司飯水分偏多,食落較粘口,味道則調配得好好,除咗醋外,亦食到甜味。
茶碗蒸面層鋪了層膏狀醬汁,食落與蒸蛋很搭配。
整體而言,餐廳魚生嘅質素係幾高嘅,不過呢個價錢,應該可以搵到更好嘅選擇😌
