To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次張生同寶仔慶祝張老先生嘅生日,因為張老先生想食中菜,所以寶仔就同張生一家嚟呢一間十里洋場食上海菜。雖然四個人食飯,但係大家都唔係食得好多,所以主要叫咗冷盤同點心。第一道菜係黑松露煙燻糖心蛋。上盤嘅時候有個玻璃蓋罩住啲煙,一打開就會有煙霧離漫的感覺。糖心蛋充滿煙燻的味道和上面的黑松露醬配搭,味道濃郁。下一道係醉乳鴿,平時醉雞就聽得多,但係醉乳鴿真係第一次聽,所以就試下。佢都保持住乳鴿嘅鮮味,肉質亦都不會太韌。但張生都係鍾意食燒乳鴿多啲。跟住呢道菜就係點解張生為張老先生揀十里洋場嘅原因啦!就係因為喺網上見到呢張蓑衣黃瓜嘅相。呢一道菜就係將青瓜用精湛嘅刀工切片,但又好小心咁唔會切開,再擺成好似蓑衣嘅形狀。睇到就知道廚師嘅功架啦。打卡影相必叫!跟住呢一道係陳醋紅蜇頭。雖然係睇落好似平平無奇嘅冷盤,但係原來非常之好食,四個人都爭住食呀!海蜇頭十分爽口,陳醋帶出嘅酸味調校得啱啱好,食到停唔到口!呢個碧綠圈子其實係筧菜拌炸豬大腸,份量都幾多,可惜除左張老先生想食,張生同寶仔都麻麻地豬大腸。如果唔係張老先生想食都唔會叫啦。睇咗好多食評都推介既脆煎灌湯小籠包。果然無介紹錯,鐵板上夠熱辣辣。皮薄脆底多

下一道係醉乳鴿,平時醉雞就聽得多,但係醉乳鴿真係第一次聽,所以就試下。佢都保持住乳鴿嘅鮮味,肉質亦都不會太韌。但張生都係鍾意食燒乳鴿多啲。

睇咗好多食評都推介既脆煎灌湯小籠包。果然無介紹錯,鐵板上夠熱辣辣。皮薄脆底多汁,感覺似小籠包同生煎包既混合,唔錯。

最後揀咗豆沙香蕉做甜品,唔會太膩,甜度啱啱好,入面既香蕉夠熱又香又軟,做個結尾非常滿足!

其實張生仲叫咗半份砂鍋雲吞雞!侍應會幫你分好每人一碗連雲吞上,點知掛住食無影到相!雖然聽落個菜式唔算特別,但個雞湯係超級濃郁!雲吞大大粒,鍾意飲湯既張老先生同張生都忍唔住係咁飲!下次一定再叫,影返相俾大家!高度推介!
