To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工約咗舊同事一齊嚟尖沙咀iSquare食晚餐。餐廳環境行懷舊工業風,裝修頗具特色,暗黃燈光映照下,幾有情調。#鬼馬酸菜魚首先上嘅係鬼馬酸菜魚,湯底酸酸辣辣,味道開胃。魚肉新鮮,質感扎實,夾起唔容易散開,裡面有酸菜、蓮藕、薯粉、萵筍、土豆片同黑木耳,配料幾豐富。最特別嘅係佢哋可以加油炸鬼,熱辣辣脆卜卜嘅口感,估唔到同酸辣湯底又幾夾🐟。#小排骨拉麵面條彈牙,比較厚身,似煙韌口感嘅米線feel,配搭分開上排骨,整體不錯,湯底係比較清雅風。#酸辣湯雲吞最後嚟個酸辣湯雲吞,湯底辣味十足,但又唔會喧賓奪主,反而令雲吞嘅鮮美味道更加突出。雲吞裡面嘅餡料幾足,大大粒,幾滿足。總結來講,人均$200內食到呢個質素,性價比係唔錯。
