To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 體驗不是一般的差,未食過咁令人後悔ge 飯口味:魚翅只有重咸,鮑魚感覺還沒煮透,鮑汁也挺一般,吃起來我同食圍菜分別只係質量好d...就鵝掌和海參好一些,那乳鴿你看圖都能看出它有多乾...兩款炒飯,一款味道正常,乾濕度也可以,另一款估計是同一個飯底再炒一次,乾到呢….方魚炒芥蘭都可以整體食物水平...單純覺得食材好小小...廚房水平,可能比屋村酒樓仲差d服務:服務真係重點,一堆服務員只照顧某兩桌的乜生,七太 係佢旁邊叫都唔理,第二道菜上枱時候枱都唔幫你執,菜骨都唔收,去到上甜品諗住會幫你執枱,執完仲有條菜喺度服務員,衣服不統一,有人着制服有人單純着恤衫,有人更衣服上有有一大塊污漬性價比:食物質素保持唔到已經算數,但係服務質素差到令你嬲,差到無朋友,體驗不是一般的差,未食過咁令人後悔ge 飯

鮑魚感覺還沒煮透,鮑汁也挺一般,吃起來我同食圍菜分別只係質量好d...
就鵝掌和海參好一些,
那乳鴿你看圖都能看出它有多乾...
兩款炒飯,一款味道正常,乾濕度也可以,另一款估計是同一個飯底再炒一次,乾到呢….
