今日終於食到佢出名嘅清湯腩同埋牛筋。清湯腩河加配牛丸($50+$8+$6=$64):我哋加咗$8轉做崩沙腩。崩沙腩比起一般嘅牛腩林啲滑啲。呢$8都加得值得。湯底望落清得黎有飲落好有牛肉嘅鮮味。另外,我哋以加配價$6加左兩粒牛丸。牛丸彈牙多肉汁,牛味濃郁。牛筋伊麵加配蘿蔔($42+$4+$6=$52):牛筋炆嘅時間夠,夠晒林。我加咗$4轉伊麵,伊麵煙煙韌韌,口感唔錯。以加配價$6加咗三舊蘿蔔,蘿蔔清甜,易咬冇根。我哋另外再加左一個炸排骨($33),排骨唔會好厚粉,炸嘅時間亦啱啱好,入邊仲好有肉汁。我哋下午茶時間嚟,每人消費滿$40,每位客人可免費贈送熱飲(凍飲加$3)或汽水一客。好抵!
