基圍小館係上水已經有好耐歷史,晚晚都有好多人黎打冷,唔少人都當呢度係飯堂添我耐唔耐都會黎呢度食晚飯,其中有幾味值得一推。南乳花生豬手,豬手又冧又滑,夠哂collagen南乳味濃得黎又唔會太咸,恰到好處花生亦好冧。而且呢碟豬手有好多肉,唔係淨得豬腳骨。鹵水鴨片,鹵水入味,鴨酥味重又香,鍾意食鴨既人必食! 鴨片唔太肥,瘦肉同脂肪比例平均滷水牛展,牛肉唔韌,肉質爽口。最緊要價格合理鍾意打冷風味嘅人快試。
