在啟德AIRSIDE逛街,順道走進「Paul Lafayet」吃點甜品解饞。店面不大但很精緻,點了馬卡龍和焦糖燉蛋試試。馬卡龍外殼脆薄,咬下去內裡軟糯,試了玫瑰味,淡淡花香不搶戲,甜度也剛好,挺討喜。焦糖燉蛋是招牌,店員現場用火槍燒出金黃焦糖層,敲開時「啪」一聲很滿足,燉蛋滑嫩,帶點雲呢拿香,吃起來舒服不膩。還點了個朱古力慕絲蛋糕,口感濃郁但不重,入口順滑,適合喜歡朱古力的人。包裝方面,外帶盒設計簡單大方,馬卡龍有獨立格子固定,不易撞壞;焦糖燉蛋用陶瓷容器,質感不錯,還能留著再用,挺貼心。
