屋苑內有幾所食肆，看到此店有不同的日式食品，買了炸軟殼蟹手卷。即叫即製，等了約15分鐘。炸軟殼蟹挺大塊，炸得乾爽香脆。加上沙律醬和蔬菜絲，與壽司飯的軟綿之感互相配合，是美妙好吃的配搭呢!
