To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 估唔到香港原來有間咁好食既和牛燒肉專門店!呢間位於D2 Place既和牛燒肉,我哋叫咗個花O特盛,入邊已經有六款和牛,豚肉、雞肉同埋海鮮拼盤,完全唔洗煩要食咩!另外我哋仲單點咗紫菜飯,食燒肉我就最鍾意食飯🍚可以中和返肉肉嘅油膩感🤣食物好快就上枱,全部擺盤都好靚,每款肉同海鮮得好新鮮。首先食左和牛先,和牛友三角油脂係最豐富,點小小燒肉汁真係一流 牛味極香濃 每一款牛都好好食!🥩豚肉既肉味都好好食 五花肉唔肥,肉質彈牙 唔會鞋。雞肉有雞胸肉,雞柳同埋雞頸位置,雞頸位置就比較爽彈 我最鐘意!雞柳亦都唔會好鞋。海鮮有大虎蝦,原隻魷魚🦑同埋厚切元貝,元貝好鮮甜,虎蝦蝦頭重有蝦膏 好香口🤤佢全部海鮮都好新鮮,我諗可能都係急凍貨,但係食落口一啲都唔會霉 全部都實淨彈牙!呢間嘅燒肉絕對係香港食過最滿意嘅燒肉餐廳,佢既餐牌雖然好簡單,款式唔算好多,但係佢真係每一款肉都好新鮮,好好食😋真係做到牛有牛味,雞有雞味,豬有豬味👍🏻 比我上個月去日本食個餐燒肉更加好食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
