To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 燒賣中間係用新豬肉,而入面似肥豬肉口感係要煮好耐的菇,咬落去味道又係同真燒賣一模一樣,非常神奇!

鍾意食猴頭菇所以點這個,不過佢好似得四舊猴頭菇,下面全部都係芋頭,蒸得夠味入味又夠腍。

去中式素菜鋪梗係要試下素叉燒水準,咬落去口感係肥叉燒,味道略甜但幾清爽唔會膩,最正係外皮夠脆口。

特色芒果布丁
看花盆造型加上小鏟子已經夠吸睛,入面仲竟然用左兩種芒果製作,布丁個糊又要過濾三次,難怪咁滑咁香咁好食!工序咁多真係聽到都唔想自己整,手工美食都係要出街食既。

這次來緻素坊吃多款點心都好有驚喜,完全滿足香港人鍾意飲茶的點心癮!下次要再約朋友來食先得,仲要試埋晚市的特色川菜呢!
