每次去日本,都會去磯丸水產食返餐。朋友話我知尖沙咀的浜燒秋田,好似日本的磯丸水產,於是今晚就去試試好彩天文台道和天文台圍好近啫,因為我睇錯喺天文台道呀果然有好7我想食嘅磯燒,刺身和串燒牆上海報寫著一手抓蝦 ,好有趣噃原來上facebook share出去,每位消費滿300蚊就可以試下成盤都係大大隻嘅赤海蝦我一手抓到五隻三隻用來燒,兩隻做刺身刺身蝦肉晶瑩通透,好新鮮侍應燒嘅時候灑相海鹽,海鹽令蝦嘅鮮味更突出甲羅燒,用蟹肉,蟹籽,蟹膏加埋鵪鶉蛋燒,燒好嘅甲羅燒好香好濃,但吾會太咸,搽上附加嘅米通,別有一番風味鵝肝雞翼,雞翼燒得外脆內嫩,雞翼起骨然後釀入鵝肝,有新意,味道亦好夾鵝肝啲油沁入雞翼內,冇食鵝肝多士咁膩厚燒牛舌牛舌肉質感爽滑不韌,油香可口,牛味甚濃。燒鴨舌,鴨舌咁細,都能夠燒得咁香而吾會乾,吾會燶,功夫真了得燒鱔串,皮脆肉嫩,夠juicy 燒牛肋肉,牛肋肉口感豐富,香燒後,半溶化的牛脂滲入了牛肉中,牛肉味絕對不缺。不過,如果喜歡入口即溶的感覺,它則不是那杯茶了。鬆軟和有口感的肉類交替地吃著,才更能分別牛肉的質感,而且有嚼口才吃到更豐富的牛香呢夾上菜,塗點醬汁,又有另一種口感,膩感減
