今晚當然唔係食百子千孫餐,先叫了一隻山東燒雞,太好味,雞像炸子雞咁,燒過的,皮脆,係金黃色。我不客氣的夾了件左脾,話晒係脾位,肉嫩,咬落去係肉滑,肉色白雪雪,汁都幾好,惹味。賽䠙蟹味道好清香,加埋醋就一流!最後仲叫左高力豆沙,糖多好味啲,我自己沾左好多糖,高力豆沙仲係熱辣辣的,個皮好似有啲香蕉味,好鬆軟,一咬要齒開,後尾是煙煙靭靭的,豆沙餡一般,唔係爆漿出黎𠴱種,甜度OK,北京樓真係北京樓!

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
