內地食烤魚瘋傳到香港,烤魚工房由元朗殺出到旺角,算是最正宗的烤魚店,除了烤魚還有串燒,現場即點即烤餐廳環境有獨特風味6款烤魚口味中,點了鮮青椒味,麻辣度均可選擇,江團魚$329,是魚質最好,只有中間一條骨一大鍋魚放到眼前,火爐烘著,青椒鋪滿魚面上,越滾越辣,魚骨更是拆了,魚肉非常厚又夠滑,可以媲美深圳探魚的烤魚整餐飯,店員更主動加湯加火,非常有服務當日是中午時間去,原來10-11月有優惠是任食配菜‼️‼️,餐牌上的配上都是任食,毛血旺就+$30。鴨血片,火鍋粉是必點之選,兩款都是吸收晒湯的精華之後再加一份黑豆花,口感較腍,用新解黃豆製成,同樣是吸味的加了一份烤茄子,夠蒜夠辣夠淋,烤得剛好!至尊水果茶,是店員誠意推介,上檯時有點驚訝,6-7款水果,仲要好大杯,解辣
