雞白湯打成泡沫之後極為creamy  好欣賞佢濃郁得黎一啲油膩感都冇 應該係我唯一食完同飲曬成碗湯都唔會有罪惡感嘅拉麵慢煮嘅雞肉同豬肉都好嫩滑 相比起平時嘅叉燒比較清淡嘅慢煮肉同個湯底更加 亦都同炸到香口嘅炸牛蒡形成對比麵條嘅粗幼度啱啱好 掛湯能力一流!整體黎講應該係香港top3拉麵之一 絕對會想返黎再食I love how the chicken soup here is made to be foamy like a cappuccino, it really does add an extra touch of creaminess to the rich and flavourful broth. I love how the chicken soup here is made to be foamy like a cappuccino, it really does add an extra touch of creaminess to the rich and flavourful broth. It’s also great how the soup wasn’t oily at all - which makes it the only ramen that I can finish without feeling guilty.
The slow cooked chicken and pork slices were quite tender and juicy, and was definitely a better match for the creamy soup instead of the typical char siu. 
I would say that Zagin serves one of the best ramens in HK, definitely worth coming back for!
