BARBAR係位於灣仔嘅西班牙菜,環境有小酒館風格好有feel而且十分舒適,略嫌枱太細張,擺完tapas都唔夠位擺mains。我最中意嘅食物有:和牛他他配生蠔(Wagyu Steak Tartare with Oyster):tartare有咬口,調味剛好,無諗過同生蠔咁夾!店員上菜時會幫手將切開左嘅蠔肉放上tartare度。八爪魚配薯蓉(Galician Octopus on potato “al caliu”): 八爪魚煮得好軟唔會鞋。乳鴿鵝肝西班牙飯(Pigeon rice – add foie gras):最愛!大推!極香,有飯焦,粒粒米都煮得好均匀同剛好,一定要加鵝肝,煎到好香而且入面仲係粉紅色好嫩滑。總之加埋一齊風味十足,出面食唔到!
