"港晶軒":美式的裝飾明亮又高級,座位寬闊又舒適,大廳很大,還有很多貴賓房。酒樓既有高級生猛海鮮,也有實惠價格的鑊氣小炒,稱得上實惠的高級酒樓。我們嘗試了四道鑊氣小炒:1)三蔥野菌炒班球$168: 石班肉質鮮美結實,魚皮骨膠原滿滿,一咬彈牙,配合大蔥、雜菇、洋蔥等,炒得有鑊氣、好吃。2)咕嚕鳳梨鮮蝦球$168: 蝦大大只又新鮮爽口,配上菠蘿、洋蔥、三色椒等炒出酸甜味,開胃好味道。3)椰香荔芋南瓜煲$98: 芋頭和南瓜配合,加上香濃椰汁烹煮,品嘗到南瓜綿蜜、芋頭香粉,真的不錯。4)魚香肉崧茄子煲$98: 常見的惹味港式中菜,做得地道又有鍋氣。酒樓還贈送美味的甜品紅豆沙,家人們也十分滿意這一餐。

我們嘗試了四道鑊氣小炒:
