今日放假專登出旺角開「茶文化」的會議。開會當然少不了飲幾杯茶。所以每一次開本人總會食小小。墊墊個胃先。香港人是全世界最熟練。熟識點去煮好一份雞翼。文青風玫瑰。一聽個名就知。取其名「文青」。食物都係一種藝術。先有其名再配合不同配料形造意識。入口肉質脆而不鋼強。但入口鮮甜肉汁混和皮上的獨特醬料。更食者添上一絲溫馨氣氛感覺。菠蘿啤酒麥香風。菠蘿醬味比較重。雞翼沾上鮮甜菠蘿醬。不失雞翼的特式風味。更令肉質爽脆帶生果的鮮「甜」味
