幾年前喺胡志明食過阿根廷菜,印象深刻,牛扒又香又juicy, 而家先知原來香港都有阿根廷餐廳,6:00入座仲有6折,抵成咁當然要即刻試下。斧頭扒原價$888,既然有6折就諗都唔洗諗揀呢個(加左炸蘑菇嘅sides)原本想叫medium rare, 但老闆話最好食係medium,我地當然聽從意見死跟。牛扒上檯已經好吸引,有肉香之餘內裡保持到juicy, 有少少口感完全係我杯茶,唯一美中不足係塊扒中間有條筋,唯有進食時自行切走。斧頭扒之外仲叫左老闆推薦嘅血腸拼豬肉腸,3個人有2個鍾意血腸多啲,另一個就鍾意豬肉腸,各有各喜好,下次再嚟都會encore呢個。留意6折不包括wine, 叫左枝中價嘅阿根廷紅酒,好飲噃!3個人埋單每人$500,以食物質素再加埋開酒,仍然覺得value for money, 會再回頭
