很順口的辣味，如果你是愛吃辣的話，請務必從地道辣開始嘗試。至於配菜嗎，牛肉水準以下，豬手不過爾爾，腸頭也只是還好。但我還是建議你來吃一碗，乾拌的，地道辣的，沒有車仔麵式配菜的，簡簡單單的一碗涼麵。因為那才是最地道的四川味，辣中有麻，爽爽快快的就會幹掉一碗。
