前幾日去荃灣荃新天地嘅「上海婆婆」食晚飯,呢間餐廳環境幾有摩登氣息,木質桌椅帶啲新中式懷舊感,坐低就覺得幾有氛圍~兩個人食飯點咗幾樣招牌菜,黃金蝦球真係唔錯!蝦球炸得外層金黃酥脆,咬開裡面蝦肉好彈牙,配埋酸甜醬汁,開胃又過癮。菠蘿黑醋骨就有少少驚喜,排骨軟稔入味,黑醋汁酸甜得剛剛好,加上菠蘿粒解膩,幾啱配白飯食。干貝賽螃蟹呢個菜名好得意,其實係用蛋白炒干貝,蛋白滑潺潺,干貝鮮味濃郁,幾有創意,不過個人覺得味道稍為清淡咗啲。最後甜品叫咗酒釀丸子,酒釀香氣好濃,丸子軟糯,熱熱地食完覺得好溫暖,收尾唔錯~整體食落感覺幾滿意,菜色有上海菜嘅細膩,又有啲創新元素,價錢都算合理。環境舒適適合傾計,服務員態度都幾親切。下次可能會試下其他經典菜,比如小籠包之類,總體值得再幫襯~

兩個人食飯點咗幾樣招牌菜,黃金蝦球真係唔錯!蝦球炸得外層金黃酥脆,咬開裡面蝦肉好彈牙,配埋酸甜醬汁,開胃又過癮。

菠蘿黑醋骨就有少少驚喜,排骨軟稔入味,黑醋汁酸甜得剛剛好,加上菠蘿粒解膩,幾啱配白飯食。

干貝賽螃蟹呢個菜名好得意,其實係用蛋白炒干貝,蛋白滑潺潺,干貝鮮味濃郁,幾有創意,不過個人覺得味道稍為清淡咗啲。

最後甜品叫咗酒釀丸子,酒釀香氣好濃,丸子軟糯,熱熱地食完覺得好溫暖,收尾唔錯~

整體食落感覺幾滿意,菜色有上海菜嘅細膩,又有啲創新元素,價錢都算合理。環境舒適適合傾計,服務員態度都幾親切。下次可能會試下其他經典菜,比如小籠包之類,總體值得再幫襯~
