平日嚟祥興咖啡室食早餐,幸運地唔使排太耐隊,一入到去就感受到濃濃嘅老香港茶餐廳氣氛。今次我哋簡單叫咗菠蘿包、蛋撻,加一杯熱奶茶作輕早餐。
呢度嘅菠蘿包同蛋撻喺社交媒體上面超紅,我而家完全明白點解。菠蘿包外皮香脆鬆化、入面嘅牛油溶得啱啱好;蛋撻酥皮香脆、蛋心滑得嚟唔會太甜。再配埋香濃順滑嘅熱奶茶,真係完美嘅香港式開始。
整體而言,祥興咖啡室絕對係值得一試嘅懷舊早晨好去處 — 無論係打卡、歎早餐定感受地道風味,都會令人滿意而歸。
