Restaurant: The Chairman

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗰日去咗大班樓食晚飯,連埋開酒, 每人五百多。吃的是tasteing meun,基本上都包了該店一些出名的菜式。那天吃的餸中,花鵰蟹(其實隻蟹無乜特別,只要新鮮,好難唔好味,最好吃是0的陳村粉,但又係嗰句,只要買到靚陳村粉,都係好味的。),炸獅魚,白粥,都唔錯,但講真,其實呢0的都唔係乜貴嘢。至於佢嗰十八味雞,除咗滑之外,無雞味,又食唔到乜18味,只是有點藥味。撇除價錢,0的餸水準唔錯,但係咁上下水準的食肆,香港唔少,仲唔駛咁貴添。幾日後我又去咗大榮華食,一樣都係咁好食,但只是四份之一的價錢...........
