To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當晚同朋友共六人去咗依間試下，因為之前聽人介紹過依間嘅賣點係啲食物冇乜味精。我哋叫咗每人一小煲老火湯、黃金蝦、酸甜斑塊、蝦醬蒸豬肉、豆豉鯪魚油麥菜、蜜味蒜香骨等。初初我哋仲諗每人一小煲老火湯會唔會好誇張，點知份量啱啱好，又好夠味。黃金蝦炸得好鬆脆，鹹蛋味好出。酸甜斑塊嘅酸甜程度好平均，非常好食。蝦醬蒸豬肉啲蝦醬非常出，因為我哋都好鍾意食蝦醬，所以都覺得依碟餸非常好食，感覺好似屋企煮嘅餸，真係餸如餐廳名 —— 住家菜。豆豉鯪魚油麥菜及蜜味蒜香骨都好得。所以，總括來講，所有食物我哋都好鍾意。

黃金蝦炸得好鬆脆，鹹蛋味好出。酸甜斑塊嘅酸甜程度好平均，非常好食。蝦醬蒸豬肉啲蝦醬非常出，因為我哋都好鍾意食蝦醬，所以都覺得依碟餸非常好食，感覺好似屋企煮嘅餸，真係餸如餐廳名 —— 住家菜。

豆豉鯪魚油麥菜及蜜味蒜香骨都好得。所以，總括來講，所有食物我哋都好鍾意。
