試過荃灣新開嘅 #和牛燒肉一郎，一直念念不忘！想食日式燒肉放題時腦中總係諗起餐廳嘅自助式送餐同滿桌和牛！今次同朋友嚟到藏身於佐敦近廟街的另一分店，本來以為地點可能較鮮為人知。怎料來到餐廳門前，幾近滿座！建議想play safe 的朋友最好先訂座。作為全港全港首間以「燒肉新幹線」為主題嘅AI智能化 #燒肉放題店當然非浪得虛名。除了上菜速度快外，亦十分方便。其他飲品、甜品及配菜等就全自助，整個體驗都相當唔錯！餐廳嘅放題menu有5 個Level，小資之選有Lv B有晒25款精選牛肉刺身，連牛「舟·盛合」同「桶·盛合」，其實經已足夠你捧腹而歸！還有餐牌上牛、豬、雞肉同海鮮肉類等其他選擇，十分抵deal！
