事情是這樣的。早前公司發了花紅,大家開心;我都有心想感謝我團隊各兄弟姊妹過去一年的努力,那就分批請他們吃午餐。餐廳由他們選,我來到負責食同埋單就行了 XD這第一餐先是男子組,他們想吃日本菜,挑了 Manhattan Place 的「四季 • 悅」。看相上的介紹,這裡已開了愈四十年:這裏午餐是散點,晚市原來是做放題,晚市才入均 HK$388 任點任吃兩小時,在網上訂座還有第二位6折優惠。如此推算,咁我覺得這頓午飯的價錢就有點 over-priced 了。早知話請同事們食放題啦 XD我點的「特選刺身配御飯」HK$528,先來前菜三點:「醋漬海蜇 • 明太子沙律 • 涼拌牛蒡」正常發揮,醋漬海蜇不錯,清酸開胃:「茶碗蒸」:內裏沒古靈精怪的什麼雞肉、蟹柳之類,主要以簡單的松茸菌帶動香氣及味道,蛋也滑:「昆布麵豉湯」:刺身拼盤上場。有北海道海膽、牡丹蝦、中拖罹、帶子、赤身、油甘魚、𩶘魚、三文魚籽等等,賣相亮眼:總括每樣都新鮮,有預期中的鮮甜:特別問侍應拿了些紫菜,用來包海膽吃:我的另一最愛三文魚籽,也用脆紫菜包着拍入口中,鹹香爆發,快樂不羨仙:兩位同事不約而同點了「時令手握壽司」HK$358,同

整體來說,來這裡吃刺身或手握壽司不俗,熟食淺嚐之下就好壞參半,午餐價錢也略貴。或許下次真的要來吃晚市放題,試真啲各項熟食出品表現 XD
