一入門口就見到這家主打燉湯、手撕雞的小店,想喝點健康、滋補養顏的湯水,就剛好了。不過有幾款經已售罄了。花膠燉雞湯先趁熱喝碗滾湯。燉湯滾熱。湯帶點濃稠黏黏的,因為有花膠、雞腳,骨膠原豐富,入面滿滿的材料及雞肉。表面泛起一層薄薄的雞油,雖然略有點油膩,不過勝在真材實料,雞香味濃。湯水滋潤甘甜,喝完整個人也暖和了。招牌客家鹽焗手絲雞泰國絲苗香米套餐一人份量分開放好,還有些蔬菜。雞肉鹽焗鹹香,肉質鮮嫩,沒有很多肥肉或連著雞皮。手撕雞要配著飯吃,那個泰國絲苗白飯,粒粒分明飯香。韭菜豬肉餃水餃皮薄,餡料均勻,豬肉及韭菜比例差不多,韭菜味出。整體味道簡單,湯底清淡,健康配搭。
