台灣野食一路俾人嘅感覺都好油膩,好重口味K11開咗一間台灣菜主打係養生,究竟台灣才可以點樣養生法,要食過先知<鹽酥鵝頸頭$78>鹽酥鵝頸頭,聽落都唔係好健康嘅菜名,但係食落好乾爽,唔會覺得油淋淋鵝頸頭比起平時嘅鹽酥雞更加酥脆,不過就少啲肉<花枝月亮蝦餅$88>蝦餅Q彈Q彈,有蝦肉粒,足料呢<台式中卷湯麵線$88>呢個湯麵線真係超級養生湯底清淡,麵線有咬口唔會pat 野<生薑鮮奶湯圓$36>甜品係全晚最好食淡淡嘅薑味配熱鮮奶,食完成個人暖粒粒芝麻花生湯圓各兩粒,層皮唔會厚好煙un <手沖401次咖啡$42>本身見到個咖啡成舊朱古力醬喺上面以為會好甜原來係極濃郁嘅味道,上面嗰Pat係咖啡醬,記得要攪勻咗先好飲,如果唔係會太苦<蜂蜜茉莉綠茶奶蓋$38>甜甜地嘅蜂蜜味,唔好叫少糖甜度啱啱好,非常之好飲
