有次同男友在尖沙咀行街經過棋哥燒鵝, 見櫃窗放置不同燒味好靚好吸引, 決定來依間食中午飯。 店內設計好清新清潔簡潔,座位寬敞。**【老火靚湯】 $15 X  2碗 老火靚湯就是花生雞腳湯,入口好香濃,  加上用料十足料,整個道不錯好滋補的靚湯。**當然點了招牌菜 【原隻燒鵝脾飯】$118 燒鵝最好食的位置當然是脾位,啖啖肉又有皮。 這燒鵝脾泛着鵝油光澤,被斬件方便食用,  但裡頭仍充滿油香,皮脆肉嫩, 仲有陣陣淡淡荔枝柴香, 特別皮與肉中間有點脂肪同咀嚼, 具油脂馥香,勁回味無窮。 ** 【化皮乳豬瀨粉】 $60 乳豬外層燒燒到金黃色,外皮酥脆,  肉質多汁嫩而不乾身, 配瀨粉同食,可減輕肥膩感,  忍不住吃多幾件,齒頰留香。*
