係尖沙咀食完飯,班麻甩朋友話未夠喉,要續攤去飲返杯🤓🍺所以搵啲有酒飲又有小食嘅舖頭,串燒就最啱啦!網上見鴻啤啤串燒評分幾高,除咗有啤酒,仲有清酒、紅/白酒和無酒精飲品。重點係近我哋,行過一條街係金巴利道。店內燈光比較暗,再配霓虹燈裝飾都幾有特色。食物都算多選擇,最重要有我鐘意食嘅燒鮮白鱔!店家標註係生燒燒法,咁咪夠新鮮又夠原汁原味囉😮😮😮😮燒鮮白鱔如果無淋佐料燒烤嘅串燒喺日本稱為白燒。喺高溫爐火上燒烤嘅白鱔,當然要連埋魚皮,燒到脆卜卜,高溫除咗鎖住肉汁,更令鱔肉鮮味爽甜,火喉控制得剛剛好😍雞泡魚乾飲酒必叫恩物!啱啱燒好嘅餘溫依然係度,甘香帶少許鮮甜。點埋蛋黃醬一齊食,邪惡但好味!真係食到停唔到🤭錫紙蒜蓉花蛤/沙白新鮮、無沙、隻隻都開曬口。食貝殼類嘅嘢附合呢3項,我已經好滿足。叫埋杯SUNTORY THE PREMIUM MALT'S BLACK,大家吹下水又一日,做得咁辛苦都係為咗chill下、食餐好啫🍻

如果無淋佐料燒烤嘅串燒喺日本稱為白燒。喺高溫爐火上燒烤嘅白鱔,當然要連埋魚皮,燒到脆卜卜,高溫除咗鎖住肉汁,更令鱔肉鮮味爽甜,火喉控制得剛剛好😍
