見到佢地裝修都ok,6:45pm又冇乜人,最緊要係唔使等位,於是就比佢地d門面「握」咗入去,一入去侍應幫我地斟茶,手勢真係「一流」,斟到周圍都係,成張枱濕晒咁濟....呢d真係叫技術,仲有佢講嘢我完全聽唔清楚,佢話有甜品送,免費的,嘩...真係聽死我呀!
2個人叫左4個菜:
(1) 雞絲粉皮 - D醬很啖口,份量算OK
(2) 上海炒年糕 - 顏色很深色,但冇味(相信係用咗好多老抽),年糕似食粉團,菜似格夜霉菜
(3) 津白 - 味道尚算OK,份量算少
(4) 小籠包4隻 - 我們覺得不是即叫即蒸(但係最後先上菜),有翻蒸熱的感覺,涵內的肉質「鞋」又不夠熱,皮又厚,醋沒有醋味。
埋單都要二百幾,都算唔值....
食食吓碟炒年糕,仲空降隻蚊「之」落嚟,好在叫做已經食到七七八八,否則一定會叫佢換過碟。
都係嗰句,食1次就夠了!
