To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚8點左右見唔係太肚餓，諗住近近地落樓下商場食野，去左呢道。因為唔係第一次幫襯，所以知道食物質素一般都吾差，今次黎食係一位比較矮小既女侍應幫我地落單，等食物黎既時候，我地要求要辣椒仔，但當食物黎到先發現原來佢落錯單，咁同另一個女侍應講，因為我唔食個個汁，所以要求換返，之後原本個個女侍應走過黎，有啲聲大夾惡既態度咁同我地講話係我地冇講，重問都唔問收返我地枝辣椒仔，愈叫愈走！之後送野食過黎重要黑口黑面，而家係咩服務態度呢?我野食都未黎，佢何以見得我地用完枝野呢?我地平心靜氣咁同佢落錯單，唔道歉都算啦，重要聲大夾惡咁賴我地冇講，我黎食野定黎受店員氣呀?貴公司係咁教員工對待客人架咩?如果係咁，根本就趕客走，對呢間餐廳好失望囉！
