To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說我一行二人去到呢間有名氣嘅米芝蓮一星餐廳食中午飯。去到嘅時候係中午兩點,侍應態度已經唔係禁好,當時亦冇即時理會。正常開茶之後,大約2點10分,侍應就話”我哋兩點半last order,你好叫啦喎”,我哋就回應話要睇多下menu先。🤔🤔咁我哋即刻就快睇張menu,當我哋兩點15分左右諗住再叫嘅時候,個侍應就話”冇架啦喎,我哋廚房last order左。當時真係嬲爆😡😡。事後諗返,人哋話晒都米芝蓮,咁好嘅服務同質素當然要好好分享。結果我哋就食左一碗榨菜同飲左兩杯冇乜味嘅茶做午餐。
