日本居酒居真的是港人大愛之選,我差不多每星期也會光顧,這次到了尖沙咀河內道的木系居酒屋,方便易找,裝修很地道。餐牌菜式非常多,先來一客味噌蟹甲羅燒配蒜多士,蟹膏顏色偏黑,是味噌製的,內裡混合了些蟹肉,入口鮮甜,份量多得配兩片法包也吃不完。鐵板牛油煎黑松露帆立貝,是偏大隻的帆立貝,一上枱已嗅到濃濃的松露香,可能鐵板上,落了較多牛油,炒香了底部的菇菌類,正😋煙肉櫻花蝦煎廣島蠔,很日系的菜式,廣島蠔完全被櫻花蝦海遮蓋,熱辣辣啖啖肉,配菜炒得很惹味送飯一流。燒油甘魚鮫即叫即燒,大大件魚肉嫩滑,加少少醬油已很足夠。最後來一碗黑松露和牛炒飯,又是一大碗,採用了日本珍珠米,黑松露用料十足,和牛味道濃郁,我加配了些蟹膏再送飯,美味至極👍🏻
