晚餐分兩輪,6點同8點,我地7點去到,8點鐘要收枱。叫了蟹粥,很鮮甜,潮洲粥煲出黎是一粒粒米的,米粒是不會煮到完全爛化溶開,不像廣東粥。九肚魚番茄烙,其實是蚵仔煎的番茄魚版,先把魚起骨,把番薯粉煎連魚同番茄煎得香脆,味道可口,可惜有很多細骨,食得很狼狼。鹵水鵝片,夠入味,不過比之前食的鞋了少少,但仍是比坊間的好味。梅膏骨,梅膏醬是潮式醬料,主要成分是庶糖,薑,梅子,味道近似濃味的酸梅醬,但有有薑的味道。只在潮州雜貨店有售,一字排炸完加檸檬汁,梅膏醬再炒,甜甜酸酸,很開胃!
