To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過呢條街，總有一間小店總係人頭湧湧，今次決定去探下底。一入到去，嗅到一股撲鼻嘅香氣，真係即刻食指大動！喺呢家店點咗經典嘅煲仔飯同埋一啲小吃。先講吓煲仔飯啦，飯粒夠哂彈性，啲米香散發出嚟，撈嗰刻真係夠晒香滑。🍚 而啲排骨嘅咬感，真係「嘩」嘅一聲，外層煎得啱啱好，唔會太乾，入口即溶，好過癮！轉吓頭，試咗啲小吃，啲魚蛋啊，啲皮蛋瘦肉粥啊，一啲都唔馬虎！魚蛋彈牙又鮮甜，皮蛋粥入面嘅皮蛋同瘦肉比例拿捏得非常好，一啖粥，一啖滿足！😋當然啦，最後對於呢一頓飯嘅評價，就係啲菜式係真心嘅街坊味！你食嘅時候嗰啲味道揮之不去，真係諗起都想念，餓咗個肚都值得！香港嘅小店就係有呢種魅力，質素高，味道正，又唔需要花大錢。要我點樣形容? 就係「正」！下次嚟，一定要再試下其他嘢，光諗都覺得呢度嘅菜單仲有好多驚喜等緊我哋去發掘！👍🏻
