鐘意食大蝦墨魚汁麵嘅我,最怕食嘅時候個嘴變黑同要剝蝦殼🦐🦐。但我今日終於食到一間唔駛剝蝦殼同唔會變黑嘴嘅墨魚汁意粉! 先講佢個蝦係軟殼蝦,可以直接連蝦殼食。而佢嘅意粉係直接用墨汁意粉,而唔係墨魚汁煮嘅意粉,所以有墨味得嚟,又唔怕嘴仔污糟!
另外仲食左佢嘅豬腩肉黑松露意大利飯! 本身都驚兩樣加埋,食落會好油膩。但係佢個黑松露意大利飯食落幾清新,香奶油味得來又唔會太creamy ,變咗加埋炆到淋淋嘅豬腩肉食落去就啱啱好。
