食落肚既係時令食材,更係一份窩心成日都會聽到Omakase,初初唔識只會聯想到價錢好貴~但內心深處係好鬼想食,人一世物一世,係咪先元朗多小店好野食,鮨一心係B仔涼粉附近,都幾易搵,門面係簡約日式風格,已經急不及待要入去Omakase 即係廚師發辦,佢會揀選當日時令新鮮食材,我地個胃完全交俾師傅啦師傅都會好貼心問定我地有咩唔食,所以大家絕對放心前菜係南瓜沙律同滑嫩嫩蒸蛋,蒸蛋有白只 (類似魚春咁樣,咬落去會卜一聲爆開,幾特別)同百合根,成個配搭好新鮮,雞蛋好滑師傅認真製作手握壽司,有哂功架,壽司飯又唔會太實又唔會太軟師生每一道菜都會介紹,呢個係九繪魚(因為聽師傅講,所以可能有同音錯別字)係深海魚,上面有綠茶鹽,唔洗點豉油都已經吊到魚既鮮味呢個係日本紅衫魚,原來日本都有紅衫魚仲可以整刺身,真係魚樂無窮味道好清甜散發淡淡既魚香師傅話會堅持用日本赤貝,價錢雖然貴,但品質好呢份堅持同對客人尊重,已經值回票價赤貝好爽口,仲會慢慢發大,好有彈性,好正因為唔食蝦,所以師傅用赤貝既柱,最爽口部分,仲加重料整左一舊壽司哈哈無得頂呢個係已雕,黎到火灸部分,我係好鍾意火灸個種香味,所以特別鍾意皮下脂肪多,成口

呢個係竹籤魚,試左好多唔同品種既魚,而的確,每種魚都有獨特既魚味,獨特既鮮品,配唔到既小調味,令成個配搭都唔同,日本飲食真係好講究

呢個鯖魚真係一定要食!!!出面好少有好食鯖魚壽司,多數都伏伏地,而第一次食咁靚咁鮮既鯖魚,已經係大滿足

最後呢個雙剛拖羅,食完簡直上左天堂,入口即融
食一舊點夠呢⋯⋯


仲有超正新鮮既海膽,師傅同我地上左一堂海膽課,最尾有埋味噌湯同柿,畫上圓滿句號

Omakase 食既係時令新鮮食材,又肥美又精緻,而同師傅既交流,成個氛圍,令食物更添美味
