To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點解一間原本好好食嘅地道粉面店可以做到咁差,我以前中學係南區,成日都會到香港仔食南記,大個搬離咗南區,去其他分店食,都食唔番以前果隻味,所以今日特登返香港仔食,但係愈食就愈貴,愈食就愈難食,D芽菜好似摘完頭尾又煮埋一齊,以為食到成口毛,小窩米線以前食小辣,都會有好多肉碎,今日食咗中辣,得返兩三粒肉碎,搵枱又難,一樓得幾張枱之後買完上2樓,上邊張張枱都有上一手食剩嘅盤,完全冇人執,以前係舊鋪2樓都會有人註喺度執嘢,真係食到好失望,我諗我以後唔會再係南記食。
