To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🐷 享用牛牛之餘,當然要試埋豬豬。呢款「夢之大地豚の盛合」由來自北海道嘅夢之大地豬不同部位組合而成,包括:夢之大地豚肋肉、豚里肌、豚頸肉!肉質鮮嫩,帶有均勻油花,滿滿油香。

🐔 另外就係全部由日本產雞肉組合而成嘅「日本產雞肉の盛合」,包括:日本産鶏腿肉、鶏頸柳、鷄胸肉!絕無過多嘅肥膏。

🥘 本身真係好想試佢個「石鍋和牛肉拌飯」,但係燒肉份量實在好充足,所以已經食唔落了,唯有等下次啦。

😎 好多掛住過江龍呢個名嘅餐廳都名大於實,呢間真係無令人失望,食材用料絕對優質。鍾意食靚烤肉嘅朋友仔有機會值得試下。
