To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去咗沙田凱悅酒店嘅buffet，🥩🦞🍰 我一入場就已經感到一肚子既期待。食物色香味俱全，每一樣都攞嚟試，真係過癮！先講講嗰火焰芝士龍蝦，點火嘅一刻好有戲劇性，龍蝦肉嫩滑，芝士嘅濃厚同火焰嗰微微酒香交織，搞到每一啖都係幸福嘅滋味。再講下火焰澳洲斧頭扒同牛柳，外面炙烤得啱啱好，入口肉汁四溢，夠曬juicy，再配上啲刈包，嗰種配搭絕對係鬼馬惹味。海鮮枱到波士頓龍蝦爆膏，每一啖都滿足到你食海鮮嘅欲望。至於熱葷部分，個紅燒花膠彈牙嘅質感，同鮑魚既肉感協調得宜，好似食咗真金白銀咁，足料又精緻。東坡肉就肥而不膩，跟上啲蘿蔔絲，清新解膩。最後，甜品蜜糖蛋糕係圓滿收官嘅一步，每一口都係輕盈而香甜。沙田凱悅酒店嘅buffet，真係令人食指大動，期待下一次再來！😋💯👍
