To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為拉面控既我,基本上一個星期起碼都食三四次佐敦既熊拉面,係其中一間我鐘意既拉面店昨晚同朋友一齊食飯,不過大家都趕時間,唸住黎個快食傾两句計,順便醫埋個肚餐廳環境整潔,坐位唔算好多,大概十零廿個左右時間關係一坐低即刻嗌野食先叉燒可以有三種選擇,乎合個人口味面有两種粗幼選擇,可惜無我最鐘意既粗拉面健康人仕可選健康無油坐位前有啲配菜可自已加到拉面,有酸菜,芽菜,可惜我又唔記得影相我叫左個黑熊拉面基本上黑蒜油拉面係我至愛去每間拉面店有依個拉面我都会嗌黎試下黑蒜油好香,湯底夠濃而不膩飲得出係用長時間淆製,飲哂成碗湯都無咩口渴既感覺叉燒肥瘦適中,炙燒過夠香口我朋友嗌左招牌熊拉面湯底基本上同黑蒜一樣,不過無加黑蒜油,個糖心蛋完隻上,我見我朋友一咬開,啲蛋黃就流少少出黎,糖心程度我覺得掌握得幾好價錢都唔算好貴,好合理既水平
