To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境極緻, 因為 近來天氣十分良好, 維多利亞港海兩岸景色一覽無遺, 視野十分空曠, 食物質素中上, 基本的茶樓點心都可以找到, 如果是任食十分抵食, 全部食物約30至40款 不算太多,蒸炒煮炸樣樣齊, 份量以人頭計,上枱擺設也可以,溫度夠高, 不是煮好放在一邊等你,即叫即蒸樣樣新鮮。只是出單有點混亂。其中炸物比較有特色,因為件件都是即炸外脆內軟, 傳統的蝦餃燒賣就比較普通沒有驚喜的感覺, 甜品得兩款隻有椰汁芒果糕及南瓜西米露兩款感覺十分一般。
