Restaurant: Café de Coral (Fortune City One)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人之前一直不明白有一個老人家為什麼每天早上食多士老是要用刀子將炕燶的部份刮掉,現在明白了,因為這兩天有客人在投訴原來是大家樂將一些隔夜麵包供應給客人,所以最好的方法就是要一件重新炕過的多士就包無事。其次,仍舊是老問題,食一份早餐,不是給漏飲管,就是食物不熟,烚蛋不但外殼未食巳裂,就是裡面也是未熟。最後,仍舊是那些清潔阿姐的問題,只懂吃早餐,但是不會做事情,連同事之間也會駡換了衣服也不出大堂幫忙。縱觀以上三點,希望大家樂高層可以自我反思,究竟是員工的問題,還是高層縱容前線員工的行為。
