To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物每況愈下,一次比一次差! 今次最離譜,炒伊麵是室溫近乎凍的,其他食物也大不如前。炸點不脆,炒的沒鑊氣,就連燒賣也有硬又實 ; 分量控制也很投其,下單寫二人和四人份量都是一樣大, 吃不完似乎有罪惡感,但是明明寫了二人分量卻給了四人份, 來享受食物不是求施捨,寫二人就應只給二人份, 點心紙上明明寫著不要浪費食物,無語。 甩單漏單仍然是指定動作,不過提醒後也很快補回。 服務方面,仍然不合格, 每次去都只是遇到「一位」有禮貌的侍應,其餘的不要有期望,大XX的服務培訓還更出色。整體上,只會推薦給從未去過的朋友, 打卡相影一次就夠,已經去過的話不用再去第二次了。
