To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物質素不錯，但服務態度極差

今日weekend，同屋企人黎食lunch。呢間餐廳食物質素平均。飲品試過珍珠奶茶，芋圓奶茶，烏龍，有茶味而不會只有奶味，甜度味道都適中。食試過滷水雞翼/雞髀，同豬扒，最愛呢三款，一貫既好。唯一今天美中不足，係收銀員既態度極差，本來落單既時候已經態度麻麻，但可能工作忙，說話無尾音，沒笑容都體諒既，之不過我比左個環保杯佢裝奶茶，佢亦接收，問係咪裝落去。之後我一直望住佢，唔覺佢有交比水吧，於是走去再同佢講，佢先衝去問同事，發現已經沖左出黎，佢無表示歉意之餘，仲要一手拍個杯同丟支飲管落我地張枱，面部表情完全表現出又煩到我既感覺食完飯走問佢個名，話你剛剛態度好差，其實自己唔記得左客人order，做錯野，講句唔好意思就ok，但佢竟然回答，繁忙時間呀麻，咁唔好意思囉，你要port 就port 啦！今時今日咁既服務態度，真心無下次幫襯，自己做錯野仲可以咁惡
