「新記雞粥」是元朗的老字號,今天有事出佐敦,順便來到佐敦的分店食碗雞粥。進入店舖,見到堂內也坐滿8成客人,看來口碑不錯呢!除了粥,還有粉麵,小菜,腸粉,種類很多呢!《金牌貴妃雞》例牌 $68歷史:新記獨創的貴妃雞,是挑選最新鮮嫩滑的母雞,用超過20種藥材及香料加上頂級的蝦乾及瑤柱烹調而成的,入口香懷而且帶一點藥材味。我和朋友share一碟例牌貴妃雞,有雞髀也有雞背脊,雞肉嫩滑,整碟雞都好吃。《魚腩粥》$33今次叫了魚腩粥試試,這個粥的魚腩份量都很多,魚肉嫩滑帶甜,粥也煮得很綿滑,這個價錢能吃到美味的魚粥,超抵。《紅燒乳鴿》$65乳鴿燒得很美味,皮脆,肉質嫩滑《杞子枸杞豬潤湯》$50這是我至愛的湯,豬潤軟腍,湯夠清甜,如果枸杞菜能多些則更佳。《魚蛋片頭河》$34
