最近好多朋友都去日本旅行,但我未有時間去,所以留喺香港都要食番餐日本嘢開心吓先餐廳係樓上舖,環境寬敞空間感大,係同朋友聚會嘅好地方。我哋叫咗嗰沙律,之後小食和主食各兩款三色魚生丼-呢嗰丼飯份量十足,三款刺身都好新鮮,每塊都好厚切好肥美,超滿足,清哂成碗飯松葉蟹肉黑魚子沙律(柚子汁)-沙律菜爽脆,加上松葉蟹肉入口啖啖肉,撈埋少量黑魚子點綴,令整體層次更豐富,配埋柚子汁酸酸地,非常開胃帶子湯拉麵-湯底濃郁但唔會太咸而且完全唔覺得口渴,麵質軟硬適中,另外帶子經牛油香煎後,不但能保持帶子嘅口感,更令帶子鮮味十足日式炸豆腐-豆腐超滑,而且炸粉亦不會過厚,入口外脆內嫩,陣陣豆香,沾住微甜醬油一起食,真係食唔停口燒茄子(原條)-茄子燒到外皮煙韌,熟透嘅茄子仲保持住肉汁,夠味得嚟又唔喊,面層以簡單木魚碎點綴即能增添芬芳
