To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 姨甥女睇到網上介紹這間餐廳食物好食,家姐係素食者及就嚟生日,姨甥女即刻打電話去訂位,訂位都要訂2個星期。這間素食餐廳食物質素係好食,但係侍應趕收碟,即係等於趕收工,趕收工即係趕人走先評論食物質素我哋4個人,叫左7個點心,二碟炒飯及炒麵。欖菜炒飯唔多油,粒粒分明,好味黑松路炒麵,好食,豉油不是死甜,有咸味。好多酒樓都係死甜豉油味點心,雞扎包住有粟米芯,冬菇,猴頭菇好味。素蝦餃質感同真蝦餃是一樣,好好味春風得意腸,咸水角,小籠包,帝苗餃都好食手撕杏鮑菇炸得夠香脆。整體食物質素係好食。但係炒麵隻碟剩餘細半碗嘅炒麵,個男侍應不聲一響就收走,我哋即刻同佢講仲有,仲要食呀⋯⋯佢先放回個杏鮑菇碟上還有碎炸,我隻手仲揸住對筷子,剛剛放入口,碟上還有,又係佢,又係即刻收走咗隻碟,他唔須要30秒,行去我哋張枱,只係講一句,食物上齊,就開始收枱面上所有餐具。我真係好想問你哋係唔係2點趕收工。火都嚟

欖菜炒飯唔多油,粒粒分明,好味
黑松路炒麵,好食,豉油不是死甜,有咸味。好多酒樓都係死甜豉油味
點心,
雞扎包住有粟米芯,冬菇,猴頭菇好味。
素蝦餃質感同真蝦餃是一樣,好好味
春風得意腸,咸水角,小籠包,帝苗餃都好食
手撕杏鮑菇炸得夠香脆。
整體食物質素係好食。
